Our rates are very reasonable for the quality of our accommodation and central location. We even have a great laundry and mini-mart next door for your everyday needs.

Rooms 1 & 3 are the larger rooms with king size beds at the front of the building. Both have balconies with tables and stools and ceiling fans and lights. Room 1 also has optional UBC-True satellite TV (Movies, sports, news) for an extra 60 baht per day if required.

Rooms 2 & 4 are smaller rooms with queen size beds to the rear of the building and less exposed to any noise and also benefit from being darker.

They are all nice, comfortable rooms that are kept spotlessly clean, and all have the following:

• Rooms 1 & 3 - 900 per night/ 6,300 per week/ 22,800 per month.
• Rooms 2 & 4 - 750 per night/ 4,900 per week/ 16,800 per month.

• Rooms 1 & 3 - 750 per night/ 4,500 per week/ 15,000 per month
• Rooms 2 & 4 - 600 per night/ 3,500 per week/ 12,000 per month

• These prices are added to any nights spent after the discounted weekly or monthly rate has already been applied.

Payment of Monthly or Weekly discounted rates must be paid within 24 hours of check-in for these special rates otherwise the normal daily rate applies. Monthly rates are based on 4 weeks- 28 nights, include water, do not include  electricity- about 400b per week - and include maid service 2 times weekly on days of your choice. Sophon cable TV is free and Satellite TV (UBC-True) is available for free in your room when available. All mini-bar prices are the same as down in the bar & restaurant.
