Monday the schedule venue is Green Valley. For all of high season our start time is 9.20, today we got bumped two slots. The consequence we arrived late back in Pattaya. This afternoon after my presentation Dr. Dan Dietz took the group for a training session on using the defibrillator. I hope you guys were taking notice because tomorrow is question time, 55.
Thank you Dan for taking the time to talk to the group.
41 points Dan Dietz and Brad Gearie off 11 and 12 respectively
40 Points our local boy Gary Emmett and a visitor to town Quik CB
Ben Herbert a visitor from USA and the Captain both with 39 but also the good looking one got the near pin and the putt.
I saw a few saw heads walk in this morning, a couple too many red wines. That was probably their thinking as Tuesday is a Buddha holiday (no drinking), yes you guessed the prices went up today at Greenwood. Still a course easy to play and well presented.
Mirek 39 points off 21, a guy who travels with his wife to Thailand regularly to holiday (cold in Europe). Bub Omera 35 off 16 and the bronze medal Greg Hundrup 34 off 12 and staying upstairs.
Thursday, in my old days, known as pay day. We went to Khao Kheow and in my view the best value for money in the province. Pound for pound great value, for those who have played it a Pete Dye design with risk and reward. Fairways a little wanting, but the greens hard, true and fast. A great day to find a good caddie.
The Captain 42 points off 18, I know what your thinking???? And the near pin, missed the putt (bad Caddie)
37 points for Ben Herbert, Brett Chan and Steven Gamble
The weekend is here already. Nearby to where the ladies are playing Siam Old we played Parichat Links. A couple of the querky holes have been changed but it is still a challenge. The presentation is good just some of the design is difficult to understand. It is close to home and an early Friday night start to the weekend.
Doc Beard 38 points of 22, yeah yeah I know
James Hogg 34 off 5, a real player
Brett Chan 32 off 20 and the near pin
